Delivery & Returns
Your purchase will be lovingly packed and transferred to our shipping partner within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Our shipping partner is DHL, using their EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY service.
The delivery charge shown at check-out is calculated directly by DHL and may vary from time to time. Please use the following table provide as a guide:

Once your order is shipped you will be notified from DHL and will be emailed your order’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the date or time don't fit your schedule, don't worry! That's why we use DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND. DHL will allow you to choose from the following delivery options at not extra charge:
- Deliver my Package on Another Day: Scheduled Delivery
- Deliver my Package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family
- Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorize Shipment Release
- Deliver my Package with Neighbor: Leave with Neighbor, Reception or Guard
- Deliver my Package at a DHL ServicePoint: Hold for Collection
- Request to hold my Package: Vacation hold and safekeeping up to 30 days
In an effort to prevent waste and minimise our carbon footprint, your purchase will be wrapped in tissue paper and slipped into a slim but sturdy envelope. It might not be the prettiest parcel you ever receive, but it's what's inside that counts, right?
All of the packaging materials we use - including the stickers - are made from low impact, recycled materials and we urge you keep the chain going and reuse or recycle too.
VAT & IMPORT TAX
Taxes within the EU are included with your purchase. If you live outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and fees.
DHL will inform you of the charge once your item has made it to customs in your destination country and you will be able to pay it through their secure systems.
Unworn, mint-condition purchases may be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding local tariffs and taxes if applicable.
To organise a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the word RETURN and your original ORDER NUMBER in the subject. CRUZ&PEPITA reserves the right to reject a return if the condition of the item is deemed unacceptable for resale.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To exchange a purchase for a different size, fabric or print, please follow the return procedure for your original purchase and purchase your new item separately.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
